Information You Provide: Name, email address, phone number, DRE license number, and brokerage information when you create an account. Property addresses, transaction details, party information, deadlines, and documents you upload or create within the App.
Information from Third-Party Services: When you connect your Google or Microsoft account, we access your profile information (name and email) and, with your permission, your email service to send emails on your behalf. We do not read, store, or analyze the content of your emails beyond what is necessary to send messages you compose within the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide and improve the App, process transactions, send emails on your behalf, generate deadline reminders, provide customer support, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with your consent, with service providers bound by confidentiality agreements, when required by law, or in connection with business transfers.
4. Data Security
We implement encryption, secure authentication, regular security assessments, and access controls. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
