TC PRO AI provides transaction coordination and management for real estate professionals, including workflow management, document organization, deadline tracking, email integration, and AI-powered assistance.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all account activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, send spam, or reverse engineer the App.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide services.

6. Email Services

Emails are sent from YOUR email address. You are responsible for email content and compliance with anti-spam laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The App does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may terminate by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in San Bernardino County courts.
